International Prayer Church is a Spirit-led, Christ-centered fellowship dedicated to glorifying God through passionate prayer, intentional discipleship, and vibrant outreach. Founded in Kerala, India, we are committed to nurturing the spiritual growth of believers through the word of God and the power and presence of the Holy Spirit.
From our foundational work in Kerala to our expanding mission base in Odisha and our newest extension in New Jersey, USA, our heart is to see lives transformed, communities revived, and the Gospel proclaimed with boldness and love !!
Statement of Faith
The International Prayer Church stands firmly in the mainstream of historical Christianity. It takes the Bible consisting of sixty-six books comprised in the Old and New testaments as its all-sufficient source of faith and practice and subscribes to the historic creeds of the universal church. International Prayer Church stand to provide for Christian fellowship for those of like precious faith. Where Holy Ghost may be honored according to the distinctive testimony of its members and to assume the share of responsibility on the privilege of propagating the gospel of Jesus Christ by all available means both in India and in foreign countries. International Prayer Church is a full gospel Pentecostal Faith Church.
Main Activities and Proposed Projects of the Ministry
- To establish churches, Faith Homes, Parsonages & institutions to conduct spiritual & gospel work.
- To establish cemeteries for burial of the deceased members etc.
- To start printing press to print and publish spiritual & other literary works and to sell and distribute them among the members of the public.
- To start Hospitals, Nursing Homes for people and other institutions.
- To start and maintain schools, colleges and other institutions. To conduct charitable work like financial help for house maintenance to poor people of the society and extending educational help to the downtrodden children.
Our Vision
To see a worldwide community of Spirit-filled believers who are deeply rooted in prayer and in the word of God, growing in Christ, and boldly advancing the Kingdom of God—beginning in Kottarakara, Kerala, now flourishing in Odisha, expanding in the US states of Texas and New Jersey, and reaching the nations.
We envision transformed lives, empowered by the Holy Spirit, impacting families, churches, and communities for the glory of God.
Our Mission
To glorify God by nurturing the spiritual growth of believers through the transformative ministry of the Holy Spirit. We are committed to building Christ-centered communities that live out the Gospel and carry His light across generations both the reached and the unreached.
Leadership and Staff
The churches under INPC are functioning under the INPC Trust. The Founder & General President has the power to appoint the Secretary, Treasurer or any other officials. He also has the discretionary powers to appoint/transfer of pastors, dismissal of any officials who violate the rules and regulations of the Trust by-laws.
Rev. Dr. P. Joseph James, Founder & General President of INPC is also holding the post of board director, Power Ministries International Inc. USA.
Under the Trust there is a Secretary, Treasurer and Governing Body members. A separate body exists under INPC Trust consisting of directors, mostly from USA and other countries who are also giving advice/guidance for the smooth functioning of the ministry.
